		Guess what? Yesterday I finally finished reading The Handmaid's Tale and I actually kind of really like it. Why? I don't know. Maybe because it's about the future, and because that society is so different from ours the way it is now, but that you can see how that new society could have derived (sorry) from present-day society. You can see how all of the things we do now could cause the society to change into that society -- it wouldn't even be that difficult.
